I had loved working on project management development, so in 2017 while deciding what the next web development application would be, I decided to begin working on a modern Project Management Application with features added like CM Contacts Management, and a CRM and Digital Marketing. This was an ambitious project, it meant developing a robust code base and at the same time integrating modules that had been written for other projects that would serve to add modern security methods as well as features and performance improvements.

From the beginning clients have become web development partners. It has been my job to take their dreams and turn them into a reality. But to make development relevant it is very important to first define what their requirements are, then develop solutions that will bring those requirements to reality.
Coleen Dolan had worked with us on some of our project management development as a marketing expert, so she was the perfect choice for heading up the Marketing efforts of our new enterprise with SpringSuite365.
We both have worked for years in the construction space as well as software for construction teams, which gave
us a decided advantage when the planning meetings for SpringSuite365 began.
First up we decided to develop Free Administrator, an application for office admins to get them started with a simple and intuitive Project Management application that gives them an introduction to SpringSuite365. Next Coleen suggested a simple CM Contacts Management system that would help to round out the beginnings of a CRM. At the same time new modules were developed to deal with image uploads for Project picture galleries that can be shared with Project owners and their friends and families.
At first we began with Project Management, then things evolved into Group Work software, an array of tools that enable a team to work productively together. Having all the apps in one place within systems that match the needs of users became the primary focus.
